Booking Policy

1. Booking Process

  • Clients may book consultations up to 10 days in advance.

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

  • At the time of booking, clients will be asked to provide basic details to help tailor the consultation to their needs.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • We offer three consultation options:

    • “Economy” (30 minutes)

    • “Business” (60 minutes, follow-up notes, assistance with up to 3 reservations)

    • “First Class” (60 minutes, follow-up notes, one additional email exchange, assistance with up to 5 reservations)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change, so we offer the following refund policy:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance → Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance → 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours → No refund.

4. No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

  • No-Shows: A client is considered a no-show if they do not join the Google Meet call within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. No-shows will not receive a refund but may reschedule once for a 50% rebooking fee.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any additional reschedules will incur a rebooking fee.

5. Consultation Details & Expectations

  • Consultations are conducted via Google Meet.

  • Clients should ensure they have a stable internet connection and join the meeting on time.

  • Depending on the consultation level booked, clients may receive follow-up notes and assistance with restaurant reservations.

    • Consultants are not obligated to provide additional assistance beyond the scope of the booked consultation. Additional questions, follow-ups, or requests beyond the included services may require booking an additional consultation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While our consultants provide expert guidance on safe gluten-free travel, Celiacs International LLC, doing business as Cealics in Europe, and our independent contractors are not liable for any issues that may arise during your trip. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to our full Liability Disclaimer, which outlines the limitations of our services.
